Mobile County Sheriff’s Office

The Citizens Academy is held twice a year with one class in the Fall and one class during the Spring.

The Citizens Academy is to give community residents a closer look and understanding of how the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office operates daily. The academy meets once a week for eight weeks, with two meetings on Saturdays.

All applicants must first go through a background check.
