Chaplain Ron Pierce and Chaplain Alan Singleton are raising funds for JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT.  They have agreed to be in lock down at Metro Jail from 10:00 to 12:00 doing what they do best...PRAYING All of the funds that are raised tomorrow will go towards our BOWLING TEAM who will be competing in Junior Achievements Bowling Classic.
Every Year Junior Achievement host a BOWLING CLASSIC where various companies and agencies compete to raise money for educational programs.  Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices.  JA programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers and provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from kindergarten through high school knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. JA annually reaches 4.8 million students in more than 100 markets across the United States.  Programs are delivered by more than 237,000 Junior Achievement volunteers.  Globally, JA worldwide reaches 10.6 million students in 117 countries.

When you send your request, we ask that you make a pledge to support our bowling team. All pledges will be collected on Wednesday, August 16.   It is not mandatory that you send a donation for your prayer request….however, both Chaplains said they would pray harder for those that gave a donation!
