Man grazed by a bullet from 22 rifle while arguing over a meth lab

At approximately 11:30 am, December 29, 2012, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene of 9661 CLEBORNE ROAD, (Chunchula, AL)  for a possible shooting.  When MCSO Deputies responded to the location they found one subject who had been “grazed”  by a bullet shot from a 22 rifle.  During the investigation Deputies also found a meth lab.  The homeowner and two additional subjects got into an argument over drugs.   The homeowner fired three shots grazing one of the subjects in the head.   The subjects’ injuries ARE NOT life threatening and he refused to have medical treatment on the scene.

 

MCSO Narcotics have been called to dispose of the meth lab as well as continuing the investigation.  There is no further information at this time
