Please read the “Pistol Permit General Guidelines” before you choose to move forward in the application process. All applications will ONLY be received in person, and you must have valid identification with you when you bring your application to the Sheriff’s department.
RENEWALS:
Renewals may be made by mail or in person. Pistol permit photos must be renewed every five years. For mail renewals, please allow several weeks for delivery. Renewal requests should include; your current pistol permit number, any changes of address and /or phone numbers and a $20.00 money order, cashiers check or personal check made out to the Sheriff’s Fund.
