FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On November 7, 2013, The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the Choctaw Entertainment Center located on Red Fox Road in Mobile County. MCSO had received numerous complaints about the center.
After conferring with both the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office, both concurred that Electronic Bingo machines are illegal in Mobile County.
MCSO seized fifty (50) electronic machines and will file for forfeiture of the machines and have them condemned.
No arrest was made at the time of this operation.
