MCSO is looking for A SUSPECT who tried to rob A FAMILY DOLLAR STORE on McCrary Road

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mobile County Sheriff’s Office is looking for REGINALD ELLIOTT STEVENS for questioning involving a robbery 1st at the FAMILY DOLLAR on McCrary Road that occurred on May 6, 2012.  The suspect in the Robbery was seen driving a GRAY MITSUBISHI GALANT (2B85S06). This vehicle is registered to REGINALD ELLIOTT STEVENS.  The description of the suspect given by witnesses on the scene matches that of REGINALD ELLIOTT STEVENS.  As the suspect demanded money from the clerk, he lifted his shirt exposing a black handled hand gun.  Nothing was taken during the Robbery due to the clerk advising that once she opened the cash register drawer, law enforcement would be there in less than a minute.  The suspect then fled the scene in the listed vehicle.

MCSO arrest PATRICK DEAN SMITH and Five others on various charges

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

On April 28,2012, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office received information that PATRICK DEAN SMITH was located at 10100 C.D. Glaze Drive Theodore, Al.  PATRICK SMITH was apprehended at this location without incident for Robbery 1st and Assault 2nd warrant.  The home owners of the residence on Glaze Drive, Dana Lynn and John Burquist, signed a consent to search for their residence.  During the search the Glock 9mm used during the robbery involving PATRICK DEAN SMITH was located.  Also found in the residence were two large trash bags full of  “Spice”, a stolen Mobile Fire Department portable radio, and a side scanning sonar system.  The radio was stolen from an auto burglary, and the sonar was stolen during a theft of an automobile.  Both of these incidents occurred the previous night and were in the same area.  Additional items found during the search warrant were;  a 22 caliber pistol , marijuana, prescription medication,  and a variety of drug paraphernalia.   MCSO arrested JACOB WEBER, JAMES EVERETT, PATRICK SMITH, JOHN PRIDGEN, JOHN BURGUIST, AND DANA LYNN.

Mobile County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding PATRICK DEAN SMITH

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office is searching for PATRICK DEAN SMITH.  He is wanted for  ROBBERY 1ST /ASSAULT 2NDPATRICK DEAN SMITH robbed an individual on April 26, 2011 and shot the victim in the arm during the robbery.  The weapon that was described as being used was a GLOCK .9MM.

Mr. Smith should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.  If you know the whereabouts of PATRICK DEAN SMITH, please contact the MOBILE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE 574-8633.

THREE OUT OF SEVENTEEN STORES SOLD TO A MINOR

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

 

On April 04, 2012 The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office worked jointly with Alabama Beverage Control Agents in an attempt to locate businesses in North Mobile County that were selling alcoholic beverages to minors.  During this operation, a minor certified through the A.B.C. Board, was sent into seventeen stores in an attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages.  Only THREE out of the SEVENTEEN stores sold to a minor.

 

The following three stores sold alcohol to the underage minor:

  2. Chevron Compac, 21660 Hwy 45, Citronelle, Al.
  3. BP, 18940 Hwy 43, Mt. Vernon, Al.

 

 

The following fourteen stores complied with Alabama State Law in not selling alcohol to the certified minor:
