MOBILE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE is partnering with WALGREENS and CVS to host THE DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) NATIONAL DRUG TAKE BACK DAY scheduled for April 26, 2014.

Consumers are encouraged to safely and legally dispose of any unwanted, unused or expired medications. Law enforcement will also be present to accept any controlled substance medications dropped off for disposal.
Sites will accept tablets, capsules, and all other solid dosage forms of unwanted medication. Those disposing of medications may black out personal identification on prescription bottles or empty bottles into bins provided at the event.
